Vegetables aren’t just key for six-pack abs (seriously no matter how many crunches you do, if you're not eating right, you're not gonna get those boomin abs), they deliver a powerful punch of vitamins and minerals directly to the body. They give us better energy as well as stronger hair and more radiant skin, which compliments a good skin regimen. Less starchy the vegetable, the better it is for you.
