Are your products all natural and cruelty free?
Yes, our haircare, skincare and body products are all natural. We use only the ingredients that are going to work for you, not just for our labels.
So, our range is free from harmful synthetic ingredients like parabens, silicones, sulphates, mineral oil, petroleum, phthalates, TEA and DEA.
Our products are also cruelty free because we only test them on real people, never animals. The ingredients we purchase come from suppliers who also have a commitment to cruelty-free sourcing.

Absolutely, yes! Bourn Beautiful Naturals was founded with sensitive skin at the heart of our mission to deliver results for common skin care complaints.
Our founder was motivated to research and create solutions for her own skin that would also be suitable for the whole family.
Our commitment to safe, effective ingredients and gentle formulas means that we feel confident that you will enjoy our skincare, and hair care products even with sensitive skin.

Yes! We are happy to announce the vast majority of our products are vegan and all of them are cruelty free. The only non-vegan products are the Bentonite & Goat's Milk Face Mask and So Sensitive Rose Moisturiser. Those two are vegetarian because they contain goat's milk extract. This ingredient is ethically sourced from a supplier with a cruelty-free commitment. Goat's milk is an excellent natural source of lactic acid, which is good for the skin.

You can amend your delivery address via your customer account prior to placing an order. If you need to amend your address after you have placed your order, please contact us via hello@bournbeautifulnaturals.uk.
We can not amend your delivery address after your order has been dispatched, but will do our best to make amendments if your order is yet to be processed.

Yes, our products are gentle enough for use on children and have been crafted to be effective for the whole family.

Yes, our products are safe to use when pregnant. Some of our products do contain essential oils, however, so please refer to your GP for guidance.

Yes, we pride ourselves on being able to deliver products that can deliver results right from the very start of your journey and support you throughout.
Transitioning can be an exciting period of exploration when it comes to working out what products and techniques your hair responds most positively to.
You may find that your hair starts to respond differently as time goes on. Trust the process and allow your hair a good few washes to assess what works best for you.

We offer worldwide shipping and so your shipping costs depend on where in the world you are. If you are a domestic UK customer, we offer fast shipping options from £3.75.
For UK orders over £35, shipping is free.
If you are an international customer in Europe, shipping costs start from 7.99 and for orders over £60, shipping is free.
If you are an international customer in the USA, shipping costs also start from £10.99 and for orders over £125 shipping is free.
If you are shopping with us from anywhere else in the world, shipping starts from £15.99.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Orders placed before 2PM on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Ocassionally, orders can take an additional day to process.
This excludes weekends, holidays, Bank Holidays and any periods where our online store is closed. If we do close the store for whatever reason, you will be notified via our mailing list and a notice will be shown on our homepage.
If you are a domestic UK customer, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to arrive.
If you are an international customer in Europe, please allow 5-8 business days for your order to arrive plus an additional 2-4 days for your order to clear through pass through mandatory customs clearance.
If you are an international customer in the USA, please allow up to 10-12 business days for your order to arrive.
If you are shopping with us from anywhere else in the world, please allow up to 10-25 business days for your order to arrive, though most arrive sooner.

If you have not received your parcel within 7 business days for the UK, 30 business days for Europe, USA, or Canada, and 30 business days for the rest of the world, please email us (hello (at) bourneautifulnaturals (dot) uk) with your order number and we will investigate with the shipping company.

All orders are tracked to some degree--either delivery confirmation, or fully tracked route stops.
In either case, you will be sent your tracking number via email when your order has been dispatched. You can also check via your customer account.

We continue to serve our European customers and monitor the impact of Brexit as the situation develops. Your order may be affected by longer delivery times and the time needed for your parcel to pass through customs clearance. EU customers are responsible for any duties or taxes to be paid to their home country. Please see our 'Find Us' page for EU-based retailers carrying BB Naturals products. In some cases, this is a simpler process to receive the products you love.
If purchasing directly from our site, we have allowed extra time for returns coming from EU countries. We also encourage you to check the customs charges and any additional fees for your country to see how it affects you. We are not responsible for any additional charges that apply once your order has been dispatched.

Once the refund process has been initiated and your request has been accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for it to be credited to your original payment method.

It is important to us that you are able to buy the products you need from us with confidence. We hope that you love your Bourn Beautiful Naturals product.
However, should you decide otherwise, we would be happy to offer you a refund or an exchange on any full-size, individual product purchase.
In order to initiate a refund or an exchange, simply forward your sales confirmation or proof of purchase to hello(at)bournbeautifulnaturals (dot)uk and we can take it from there.
